Promoting All Aircraft Maintenance Engineers!
By AEI Editor
Published: May 5, 2012
The MSC has now grown to 16 events where teams of 5 AMEs/AMTs/students compete and awards are presented to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place teams in each of the 5 categories for companies and organizations to field teams in. The categories are: Military, General Aviation, Commercial Aviation, Schools and MRO/OEM. ALAEA has fielded a team for the past three years of competition and they can tell you first hand the importance the competition holds for our profession. Australian airlines unfortunately do not believe enough in their AMEs to promote their dedication and professionalism but the ALAEA does, and last month at the 5th MSC they placed 2nd in the Commercial Aviation Category. | AEI support Mr. Ken MacTiernan to promote the true "Faces Behind Safety" in aircraft maintenance recognized for their unspoken and unseen contributions to all sectors of aviation. Visit the MSC official page; http://www.amtsociety.org/ | It would be my honor to have AEI AMEs compete in the 2013 MSC scheduled for Las Vegas during March 12 - 14th, 2013. Ken MacTiernan AMTSociety Director Chairman MSC |
