* BSC or MSC degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering disciplines (highly desired)
* Licensed in Power-Plant, A & P (FAA) or EASA
* Trainings in Turboprop and Jet Engine Courses (preferably the PW2000, PW4000, JT8D and CFM56 series engines)
* Proficient in English
* Trained on management development courses
* Minimum 12 years experience in the field of which 5 years be of managerial capacity.
