* BSC or MSC degree in aeronautical or other relevant engineering disciplines (highly desired)
* Licensed in A & P (FAA) or EASA
* Trainings in Boeing Aircraft Model System Courses, preferably the B767, B757, B737NG
* Type Rating on at least one A/C model
* Proficient in English
* Trained on management development courses
* Minimum 12 years experience in the field of which 5 years be of managerial capacity[/li][/list]
