Labortech meeting In San Francisco 17-20 November 2006.

LaborTech invited trade unionists, educators and workers from the US and around the world to debate, discuss and learn about new communication technology and the development of a labor media movement.

The conference was visited by a large number of National and some international Unions from Canada, Japan, UK, South Africa and Mexico, And AEI was represented by Fred Bruggeman, AEI Secretary General.

The ongoing battle of labor to survive against the corporate onslaught and media blockade requires the development of an independent labor media strategy, and how to defend working people and their struggles was discussed, and AEI proposed a resolution:
